What if an agent is a part of several boards, are they still free?

You will not be charged for any of your agents that are licensed members of RAHB, regardless if they hold memberships with other boards.

How will my administrators be trained?

Our onboarding team will setup training dates for your administrative staff.

How will my agents be trained?

We provide multiple live training sessions for your agents.  Our onboarding team will provide you with a registration link for your agents.

Do I have to switch answering services?

No - BrokerBay fully integrates with most Ontario answering service providers.  If you are interested in finding a new provider, we can help.
