To start the upgrade process, make sure your office's Managing / Head Broker logs into BrokerBay via the FlexMLS dashboard.
The first thing you’ll see is a simple form to complete your profile. Review the information we’ve pre-populated from your MLS account, add any missing details, and upload a headshot.
Once you're in the platform, click on the the banner at the top of the screen that says "View Brokerage Plan". Note: Only the Managing / Head Broker will be able to see this banner within the platform (not agents).
You will be presented with pricing that your brokerage will be charged per agent / per month. Pricing is dependent on the size of your brokerage. As your brokerage grows, the pricing per agent / per month automatically becomes more competitive. Here is an example of our pricing plans:

After you've added your credit card, you can now select the date in which you would like the Full-Front Desk system to officially go live for your brokerage.
You're done! Now its time to share the news with the agents in your office! Take note of training resources for both brokerage staff and agents to become familiar with the upgraded system.
A Brokerage Subscription pricing is charged per listing / per month paid by the brokerage. If the Agent subscribes themself, pricing is a flat subscription of $20/month paid by the agent.

Live trainings are held a few weeks before BrokerBay goes live. Stay tuned for communications from your MLS or Association regarding training dates.
What do I need to do to go live?
Simply access BrokerBay from your MLS Dashboard and add showing instructions to your listings.
