When it's time to setup your brokerage on BrokerBay. Follow the (5) easy steps below:
To get started, simply click the BrokerBay button on your MIBOR CONNECT dashboard. This will launch an onboarding portal to quickly and simply take you through the process to get started with BrokerBay.
The first thing you’ll see is a simple form to complete your profile. Review the information we’ve pre-populated from your MIBOR account, add any missing details, and upload a headshot.

After you’ve completed your profile, it’s time to choose your brokerage's launch date! This is the date that your configured listings will show the BrokerBay showing icon in BLC.
Share the news with the agents in your office! You have the option to quickly send a pre-written message with important details including your launch date, links to training webinars, and tutorials on how to set up and configure listings in BrokerBay.
You’ll have some time for you and your agents to complete your profiles and configure listings before launch day. On the launch day you selected, your configured listings will show the BrokerBay showing icon in MIBOR Matrix MLS.
