How will my agents be trained?

We provide multiple live training sessions for your agents.  Our onboarding team will provide you with a registration link for your agents.

Do I have to switch answering services?

No - BrokerBay fully integrates with most answering service providers.  If you are interested in finding a new provider, we can help.
